  6. so if i’m not gonna add weights i can’t see the diference
    i’m going to start 150 squats without weights per day
    i won’t see a difference

  7. Adding weights makes a lot more difference, it’s actually better t do less
    reps with weights to build muscle!

    but i will do 150 squats first 2 months and then add weights

  9. Manisha Reddy I squat sometimes without weights.. I had a pancake butt but
    now my booty is popping. I wish there was a way for me to show you a before
    and after pictures

  10. You will see a slight difference without weights. However, if you want more
    of an impact and to see faster results, you can always buy some kettle
    bells online, or ankle weights and do them at home. I would say the best
    exercises for the booty are kickbacks and sumo squats 🙂 but figure out
    what is best for you. hope that helps xx
